Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
From simple sales beginnings to one of Houston’s top real estate agents, and the persistent pursuit of success to rise to the top.
I moved with my family in 2008 to the USA with no work or personal contacts. I faced some language AND cultural barriers, but that didn’t stop me from pursuing my dreams.
Fast forward to 2022 and I am one of the most successful real estate agents in Houston. I am the number 1 realtor at Coldwell Banker brokerage in the Houston area.
When I moved to Houston, I immediately fell in love with the city and all the opportunities it has to offer. Looking around, I sensed this was a chance to fulfill my dream of becoming a successful realtor. With a no-excuses mindset, I stepped into the market.
I am a people person and I love talking to them. I always look forward to knowing more people.
Soon, I made many contacts and know lots of people in the area. I was more determined to succeed and was getting closer to where I wanted to be. I looked at those around me who were succeeding, people just like me, working hard and making things happen. I strongly felt I could go above and beyond this. With the grace of God and the prayers of my family, today, I am included in a top realtor list in Coldwell Banker in the Houston area. I am the number 1 real estate agent at Coldwell Banker brokerage in the Houston area.
Success has not slowed me down. It made me more fired up than ever. Every day carries new challenges, and I enjoy the feeling of overcoming those challenges. I have faith that out of hard work new opportunities are born.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At the beginning of my career as a real estate businesswoman, I faced challenges as I didn’t know many people around in the USA. Later, I worked to create contacts and enhance my business. It was not hard for me as I am a social person who loves interacting with people and making friends. As the real estate business involves working with lots of people, it sometimes brings challenges to understand people and satisfy their real estate needs. I faced some obstacles in the last year and at the beginning of 2022. Sometimes, it becomes a challenging process to work with clients to meet their needs and requirements. With the dramatic upturn in home values, sellers believe that their houses are worth much more than the proposed market rate. Whereas buyers feel afraid of missing out on a deal, and nervous regarding the rapid rise in home prices and mortgage interest rates. Although some days I honestly felt uncontrolled, all I had to do was to be sure in my heart that I continue to give 100% of myself to helping my clients. Being a real estate agent, I try my best to satisfy my clients and overcome challenges.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
A huge amount of support I received at all stages throughout my business career comes from my family, my husband, and my kids. My family members support me through the ups and downs. I am also thankful to my friends who always stayed by my side whenever I needed their support. My clients also played a major role in building my realtor business career. My previous clients always support me and help me grow my business. Being a successful real estate agent in Houston, I always try to promote and support local small businesses. I collaborate with small businesses and always refer them to my clients and promote them on my social media accounts like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. I love to support local businesses, especially those that are struggling in their industry.
